    I've been hearing about this for awhile, it seems to be a good thing

    I have a person in my Tai Chi class that has Parkinson's, he said he thinks the exercise helping

    Keeping the neural pathways engaged seems to work

    I think there is also strength component involved, any exercise even something a passive as Tai Chi is preferable to being sedenatary

    I must be punchy from watching election results; a quick glance at the thread title, I thought it was about smacking somebody who had Parkinsons.
