      Right now, for no reason, my body has me on a 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM sleep schedule

        GMC70 has it right, The 'myths' are not nearly as prevalent as Suarez wants us to believe. My view.

          A general statement. I quoted the above post for context.

          The thing about perception... If we dont know there's more we may perceive things to be a certain way. If we're lucky we may later discover the additional information that had eluded us. If we're closed off to new information and we allow our mind to become unmalleable we miss out.

          If your pool in which you draw your example is 10 or so friends how accurate can it be? It could be nut on but I'd venture to guess the likelihood is low.

          I'm not saying ones perception is wrong, it reflects that group, it just doesn't reflect the bigger picture.
