When it comes to dogs..........you just never know

"The owner had come to the clinic to feed the dogs and was outside in an exercise area when the attack occurred.”

    And then there is this

I recall a story from about 50 years ago. A jailer had a dog which he was training. This "trainer" was a violent man who beat his dog as "training.."

When some prisoners got loose and beat the jailer up, the dog just sat there.

Police dogs have to be properly taught.

Police Dogs are a good reason to wear clothes and a cup.
The people think the Constitution protects their rights; But government sees it as an obstacle to be overcome.
If your religion says suicide and murder are wrong; Aren't you doing both if you are not prepared to defend your life and the lives of others?
I am not a lawyer, but I have personal opinions.

$40k will buy you a fairly good chance that the dog won't mess around when it comes to protection.

      Can anyone loan me $45k?

I wonder what is more expensive, Protection Dog Liability insurance or Conceal Carry Weapon Liability Insurance? Wonder what a package deal would cost a month? Hell, might be cheaper to hire a body guard to take a bullet for you.

Off topic, but responding to Dmog: Take a look at USLawShield; 100% legal fees covered at a base price less than $200/year,, any legal weapon, about $3/month extra for 50-state coverage, same for hunting coverage (both of which you can be turned on and off as needed), both criminal and civil, not an insurance plan, so no deductible, no caps.

If I was a gambler, I'd bet doggy insurance would be more. Ace2
