But hell, even if they were rude to me, they'd be hard pressed to be as rude as that kid at BulletStop was to me. I remember someone from there later saying they had no idea what was going on, but everyone behind the counter were listening and jsut let that mean kid act like that in the store. Oh well. He probably doesn't work there anymore.

Some places operate different ways, I suppose.
Well with the boss chewing on them for not asking you should be able to see the why for in that.

How many others do you think the manager hears I have been standing here 20 minutes trying to purchase this video card and not one person noticed and came to make the sell from?

I bet it goes both ways in best buy.

I had an issue similar to this once with Bullseye. I PM'ed the owner and he explained what happened and made it right. It strikes me that doing it like I did it would be a lot better, than coming on a public forum and complaining. It was not the current owner, BTW

Well, this will be the last time I post on this subject.

Just got back and the customer service is still not what anyone should expect. I must have caused the guy at the counter to stop looking on the internet (yes, I did see it was the internet) and have to ask if he could help, which was done in a manor that he didn't care was was there to spend about $100 on accessories.

So I don't want to complain, but I don't know the owner and it would seem that they are reading this forum and therefore it is all I have to express the items observed. If they want to PM me, please do so.

Maybe I was taught what good customer service is or maybe I just expect to be treated without a rotten attitude, as I hope we all would.
